From material to meaningful recovery.
At E-Survival Recycling, every material moves through a structured and traceable process — from the initial client discussion and material assessment to collection, segregation, recycling and responsible documentation.
COLLECTION
TO RECOVERY.
A structured pathway built around responsibility, traceability and recovery.
A structured journey, not just a pickup.
We believe responsible recycling begins well before the material reaches our premises.
Our process starts by understanding the client's requirement and the material available for recovery. We then assess the material, discuss the appropriate recovery approach and provide a quotation based on the requirement.
Once the commercial terms are mutually agreed, our team coordinates the collection. The material is transported through planned logistics and then received at our premises for further processing.
From there, the material goes through segregation and suitable recycling or recovery processes. The journey is supported by documentation and concludes with the relevant Green Certificate.
Six stages. One responsible flow.
Each stage connects the client requirement with responsible material movement, processing and recovery.
Understanding the requirement
Our process begins with connecting with the client and understanding the nature of the requirement. We discuss the material available, its condition, location and the intended recycling or recovery requirement.
Visiting and evaluating the material
Where required, our team visits the client's location to understand the material more closely. This helps us evaluate the material characteristics, handling requirements and the practical recovery route.
Quotation & mutual confirmation
After understanding the material and requirement, we provide a quotation. The next stage begins only after the client is comfortable with the proposed commercial terms and the collection is mutually confirmed.
Planned pickup with GPS-enabled vehicle
Once the pickup is planned, our logistics team coordinates the collection with the client. A GPS-enabled vehicle is deployed for the pickup, supporting better visibility and controlled movement of the material during transportation.
Collection, documentation & segregation
After collection, the material is brought to our premises for receiving and further processing. The required collection documentation is provided, including Form-6, followed by systematic segregation of the material according to its characteristics and recovery requirements.
Recycling with documented outcome
Following segregation, suitable materials are directed towards the appropriate recycling and recovery processes. The material journey is then completed through the required documentation, providing the client with the relevant Green Certificate as the final record of the process.
Clear coordination before collection.
We coordinate with the client from the initial requirement discussion through material assessment, quotation and pickup planning.

to premises
Visibility doesn't end at pickup.
The collection stage is an important part of responsible material management.
For planned pickups, we deploy GPS-enabled vehicles to support visibility during transportation. This creates a more structured movement of material from the client's location towards our premises.
Combined with collection documentation and our receiving process, logistics becomes an integrated part of the overall material journey rather than a separate activity.
Every stage leaves a record.
Responsible recycling is not only about processing material. It is also about maintaining the right documentation around its movement and outcome.
Collection Documentation
Documentation associated with the collection and material handover process.
Material Processing
Material is received and moved through the appropriate internal processing stages.
Recycling Outcome
Suitable materials are directed through appropriate recycling and recovery pathways.
Green Certificate
The process is concluded with the relevant Green Certificate for the completed journey.
Built around responsibility.
Our approach is designed to keep the material journey organised from the first conversation to the final documented outcome.
